The Basics
For all orders from Singapore, we ship our tea for a flat rate of SGD7.00 for Standard Shipping. Currently everything is shipped by our delivery, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days. We work hard to get all orders placed before 2PM shipped out on another day, and we ship every day of the week except Sunday.
Free Shipping
All orders of SGD60 or more sent to an address in Singapore will receive free shipping. If you are shipping internationally, please read the next section.
International Shipping
Currently we are working on getting live rates setup on our website for international shipments. If you live outside of Singapore and would like to place an order, please send your order to teamatcheslife@gmail.com, and we will send you a quote for shipping and then an invoice from paypal for payment.
In addition, if your order is over SGD120, we will cover SGD5 of your shipping costs (what we charge for domestic shipping).
Returns

We do not process refunds.
If anything arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, please contact us at teamatcheslife@gmail.com, and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible. If you have concerns or you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us, and we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.

Exchanges
You have 7 working days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, its seal should not be broken or damaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.​
